Please show up between 5:35 and 5:45 am for your 10-20 min warm up jog. We will meet back together at 5:55 to break into groups and start the workout. 

Meet at the Yellow Star on the image below. This is the big parking lot at Westside Park off of 34th St.

There is plenty of parking and room to spread out in this location. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN WATER, GELS and HYDRATION MIX! WATER WILL NOT BE PROVIDED!

We will break into pairings of 2-4 runners depending on your preference to allow for social distancing during runs. 

We also understand that many of you may not feel comfortable participating in group runs, for this reason we will continue to provide the Coaching Q&A, Club Runner Workouts, and additional support for the time being. 

Guidelines:  

  • Do not participate if you are feeling tired, sick or ill, and or have a fever, or if you have been in contact with someone experiencing symptoms. 
  • Participants are encouraged to carry a face mask on them at all times and use them in the cases where social distancing is not possible.
  • Groups should be respectful of others on the trail/path, and understand there may be a heightened sensitivity from other trail users. Give other trail users as much space as possible, and avoid “swarming” where the group splits and goes around others on both sides. 
  • As groups stop during the run, groups should step off the path/trail at least six feet, and should maintain social distance while stopped.  
  • Groups should continue to use signals and or call out for passing, obstructions, or stops as usual. 
  • Standard two-by-two formations should be adapted to allow for social distancing (avoid running directly behind a runner outside of your household whenever possible) 
  • Never block entryways, sidewalks, trails, or access to bathrooms or fountains. Ensure that others have room to get past the group while maintaining social distance guidelines.
  • As runners gather in their groups, they should maintain at least 6-feet of distance from each other.
  • Do not engage in traditional forms of physical contact (hand shakes, high-fives, hugs, partner stretching, etc.). 
  • Do not engage in close group pictures/selfies. Always maintain social distance guidelines. 
  • Don't spit or “nose rocket” your nose in public – bring along tissues or a small towel or a hanky if you need to get rid of some snot during your run/walk. If you must spit, do so away from people and areas that will have foot traffic.  
  • Participants should bring enough water, hydration drinks, and gels needed for their runs as fuel will not be provided by the Club. 
  • Participants should self carry personal hydration (bottles/packs), and use fountains for refill only. 
  • Persons from high risk groups for COVID-19 complications should consult their physician before participating. 
  • For those participating in group runs, should you test positive for COVID-19, and have attended group runs in the past 14 days, please notify Angela or Coach Enoch immediately. Do not participate in any group gathering until you are recovered from COVID-19 and have received approval from your doctor.
